Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using B2B Daily, operated by FLUENT STUDIO d.o.o., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Service Description

FLUENT STUDIO d.o.o. provides B2B Daily, an online ordering platform designed for wholesale food distributors. Our service includes:

  • Online ordering application for your customers
  • Order management and processing system
  • Customer support and technical assistance

Pricing and Payment

Subscription Plans

Subscription packages are scoped based on your rollout, integrations, and support requirements. Contact us for the current package recommendation for your business. All quoted prices are in Euros and exclude applicable VAT.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. The setup fee (if applicable) is due before implementation begins.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and product information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to hack the platform
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

Intellectual Property

The B2B Daily platform, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by FLUENT STUDIO d.o.o. and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the platform for your business operations only.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with GDPR and EU data protection regulations.

Limitation of Liability

FLUENT STUDIO d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have access to export your data for 60 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately for violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable European Union law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts within the EU, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds and Cancellations

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Setup Fee

Setup fees are non-refundable once implementation work has begun. If you cancel before implementation starts, the setup fee will be fully refunded.
