By accessing and using B2B Daily's wholesale ordering platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
B2B Daily provides an online ordering platform designed for wholesale food distributors. Our service includes:

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. The setup fee (if applicable) is due before implementation begins.

The B2B Daily platform, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by B2B Daily and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the platform for your business operations only.
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with GDPR and EU data protection regulations.
B2B Daily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have access to export your data for 60 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately for violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
